OUR LAWFUL BASIS FOR COLLECTING YOUR DATA
It’s in Internect’s legitimate business interest to collect personal information so that we may contact you solely in your business capacity. We process customer and client data and use direct marketing as part of this legitimate interest. It’s necessary for us to use a variety of direct marketing channels and messages to ensure our contacts are kept informed and make sure the messages are targeted and relevant. This includes processing registrations or enquiries, keeping you informed about new events and updates on current events and offers as well as informing you about our newly available free industry specific content in the field of your interest. Whenever we process data for these purposes we will take measures to ensure that your personal data is protected. The provision of this information is on a voluntary basis. However, if you do not provide the information requested, we may be unable to process your registration, enquiry or inform you about the issue of your interest.
We will keep your data safely and securely for as long as necessary or according to your instructions, and we review the data we hold at least once every two years.

For example we would collect:
Your name
Your job title/job role
Your email address and contact number(s)
The name of the company or organization you work for
(And we will collect and store data on the transactions and purchases you make with us but never store any sensitive information such as credit card details and bank account numbers)
